HOW TO ENTER: The HoBOOken 5K Costume Contest is open to all registered 5K race participants. The in-person 5K runner contest will take place on 10/29/2022 at Pier A. If you'd like to enter you/your team into the costume contest, please arrive at the step and repeat banner tent in the race village between 8:00 am and 11:00 am to have your photo taken. You/your group must be wearing your 5K race bibs. We will judge all entries off-site and announce the costume contest winners in early November. All winners will be contacted and prizes can be picked up at The Shelter.
The children's Scary Scurry costumes will not be judged. All children in the Scary Scurry race will receive a free t-shirt, medal, and goodie bag filled with surprises (while supplies last).
