You equate running with torture, but you want to raise money for the shelter and get healthy. You used to run, but it’s been years. This introductory runner’s program has inspired countless new runners around the world to find the joy in running.
You have run a number of races or you’re a seasoned veteran, you want to improve your time and want a training program that will challenge you. We like the Hal Higden 8-week training plans, you can find them here.
Whatever your ability there is a run group for you in Hoboken. The Hoboken Harriers, Fleet Feet and Hoboken Elysianettes are all local running groups. Check their individual social pages and websites for running schedules and meeting spots.
